3. Purchases & Orders
Every fragrance is crafted with precision. Orders are no different. Once placed, they are processed quickly, and changes aren’t always possible. Double-check before you commit—exclusivity doesn’t come with second chances.
All prices are listed in the local currency of the region you’re shopping from. Taxes and duties may apply depending on your location. If applicable, you are responsible for covering them.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if things don’t seem right—whether due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspicion of fraud. If your order is affected, you’ll be informed.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Precision takes time, but not too much. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. Delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in transit. Tracking will be provided, but patience is a virtue.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Luxury is about certainty. Once opened, fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with proof, and we’ll handle it. Otherwise, all sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site—design, text, imagery, product descriptions, branding—is owned by us. It’s not to be copied, used, or repurposed without written permission. If you’re unsure, the answer is no.

7. Liability
This brand doesn’t make promises it can’t keep. While we ensure everything on this site is accurate and up to date, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Use of this website is at your own discretion.
