Luxury is about certainty. But if something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1. Returns Eligibility

Not everything deserves a second chance, but in this case, we allow it—under strict conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Fragrances must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If the seal is broken, the return is not accepted. No exceptions.

Only items purchased directly from this website are eligible for returns. If you bought from an authorised retailer, refer to their policy.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the conditions above, returning is simple:

EMAIL within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

a. Once approved, you’ll receive a free UK return label. Returns outside the UK are at your own cost.

b. Securely package the item and send it back within 5 days of approval.

c. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

3. Refund Processing

Once received, returns are inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times vary, but refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If the return doesn’t meet our conditions, it won’t be refunded, and the item will be sent back to you.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right. 

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. If you want a different product, return the unopened item and place a new order.
