Exclusivity takes time, but not too much. Every order placed through Not for Everyone is handled with precision, from the moment it’s confirmed to the second it arrives in your hands. Here’s what you need to know.
1. Processing Time
Luxury isn’t rushed, but it isn’t delayed either. Orders are processed within 2 business days. During peak times or limited releases, this may take slightly longer, but perfection can’t be compromised.
Once your order is processed, it’s shipped. No unnecessary delays, no excuses.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Shipping times vary based on your location. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout.
Expedited shipping may be available for select locations at an additional cost. Because waiting isn’t for everyone.
3. Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country and must be covered by you. They are not included in the order total. If applicable, your courier will contact you for payment before delivery. Failure to pay may result in delays or your package being returned.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Keep an eye on it—once your package leaves, it’s in transit, and updates will come directly from the courier.
5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your package is delayed, check the tracking details first. Couriers sometimes take longer than expected, especially during busy periods.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check with neighbours or building security.
Look for a missed delivery notice.
If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the package and contents. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.
If your package is lost in transit, let us know, and we’ll investigate. Refunds or replacements are subject to courier verification.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you made an error, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do what we can.
